Souq.com stole my money, someone of the shipping equip called me and was so impolite, i asked him for my order, he was like "ma 3endi, ma 3endi", i called then souq.com they was like "we cant do anything". Dont trust them, they are so lazy and so impolite.

I made an order and should be delivered in 3-7 days. And after I waited 7 days, I called Souq to track my order, I surprised that they cancelled my order without informing me by email nor message. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

The application too slow, will ruin your good mode.

Thanks to souq.com ,, we need to depend on it for the incoming time

Excellent source for amazing bargains

Very convenient

I placed an order the order was cancelled but my credit card was debited

The app functions smoothly, I like the progress report to see how far is my order.

Finally they made an app for it 3 stars because i didnt try it yet :)
