The app keeps crashing whenever I tap my cart icon. It also crashes when I tap my wish list. I have to delete the app and reinstall it again and again and its really annoying. Please fix it. I cant order anything. :(

We use Souq very regularly and we are not able to make purchases through the mobile app because we cant select international shipping, the other countries are only available in the desktop version of the website, which is very annoying if you want to purchase something on the go, weve been asking to add this features for a long time now but it seems that nobody listens.

Dont buy from them because they are not supporting any customer specially for the iPhone or Apple product they dont have any warranty for the product when you try to call them they said we dont have any warranty believe me I have experience with them

With every update The app still very slow and freezing
